Gradient Learning is seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Partner Engagement Lead to strengthen and expand our relationships with district leaders and other key stakeholder groups. This role is focused on providing high-level guidance and partnership strategy to systems-level stakeholders, ensuring Gradient Learning’s work is responsive to the needs of the field while advancing our mission.

Lead efforts in attaining grassroots recruitment goals in the California marketplace, assisting with the establishment of goals and objectives to support the strategic plan for California enrollment and the University. You will also devise and implement outreach strategies, build strategic partnerships to support enrollment growth, and manage a comprehensive lead database.
